Our people make the difference. Urban enjoys a very stable work force, which includes 40 full-time employees. The key to our success has been our drivers' commitment and the love to the job. All Urban drivers possess a valid drivers license with CDL permits. Urban employs a strict policy that requires drivers to have a minimum of 5 years of driving experience, pass rigorous physical examinations, drug screening and possess driving records with “0” points. Urban also provides ongoing driver safety training through its insurance carrier, Zurich Insurance. Drivers who have no accidents and perfect attendance and who have evidenced customer satisfaction by receiving no complaints are given quarterly bonuses.
