Terminal Facility

Urban's terminal facility is located in an industrial section of the District on 2.5acres of land. This facility houses Urban's fleet of 35 trucks, which includes roll-off trucks, and over-the-road transfer tractors and trailers. Urban maintains a surplus inventory of roll-off containers, compactors, front-end containers and toters to meet the needs of our customers. For certain customers, Urban will store extra container equipment on-site at no additional charge in order to ensure that disposal capacity is available for unplanned and unscheduled events.

Equipment Maintenance and Repair

Urban maintains at its terminal facility, a three-bay repair facility, and employs seven (7) full-time Mechanics under the supervision of Jimmy Thomas. The shop also includes two (2) Welders. The majority of repair work is done in-house, which substantially eliminates down time when trucks require repair. The Maintenance Facility is key to maintaining the fleet of equipment and minimizes breakdowns, which in turn, allows Urban to service its customers on a timely basis.
