The General Services Administration

Urban has been servicing this contract continuously since 1985. The service requirements include the daily pulling of approximately 25 roll-off and compactor boxes. This requires the servicing of all the GSA locations in the North, South and Northern Virginia Property Management Centers. The annual estimated contract value exceeds $1 million.

District of Columbia Government

Urban has been awarded the District of Columbia Refuse removal contract under nine separate and consecutive IFB's, providing refuse collection services to all of the District’s agencies since 1979. This includes providing compactor and roll-off services to the Department of Corrections, Administrative Services, D. C. Courts, Reeves Center, Human Services and the D. C. Housing Authority. The annual contract is approximately $4 million.
